5 simple steps to your success story
1. Fill out the registration form
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to fill out the registration form first.
Please make sure to fill in all required fields completely and correctly.
2. Login to the owner area
After you have submitted the registration form, we will send you an e-mail with your initial access data for your personal owner area. This is your ‘place to be’ from now on: Here you have your property presentation, your booking calendar and everything else to do with letting together and can manage everything centrally. When you log in for the first time, you should assign a new, personal password in the ‘My profile’ menu.
3. Complete profile
Please complete all mandatory information in the ‘My profile’ menu. For legal reasons, information on your tax liability is particularly important. Please also remember to enter a bank account to which we can transfer your rental income.
4. Verify identity
Before you can start with us as a host, we would of course like to know who we are dealing with. To do this, we ask you to carry out an identity check - this is also required by law.
There are two options for the check:
You can either carry out the verification from the owner area via our certified partner IDnow or send us the necessary documents by email.
Either way, the whole process is simple and fairly quick. If you still need a little help, you can find a step-by-step guide to verification via IDnow here.
In any case, you can be sure that we will treat your data 100% confidentially and use it exclusively for the purpose of legally required identification. You can view our privacy policy here.
5. Put your holiday home online
Now comes the most important part: You can now put your holiday home online! Make sure you include an informative description and high-quality photos that present your holiday home in the best possible light.

A progress bar will show you how much of the required information you have already provided. Once it reaches 100% and you have completed your profile and verification, you can click on ‘Publish’ and your holiday home will be listed online. From now on, you will receive bookings – yay!
