Since March 2025, it has automatically applied to all new hosts on atraveo. We no longer offer the old model, where bookings had to be manually confirmed by the host each time, for new registrations. Because direct bookability is your key to success!
How a booking works
1. The moment of booking
As soon as a guest books your holiday home through us or one of our partner websites, you will receive an email and – if you have activated this in the owner area – an additional text message. At the same time, the booking will appear in your occupancy calendar. If you have set up iCal or an interface, the occupancy will be automatically synchronised with your other portals. Important: You no longer need to confirm anything. The booking is immediately binding – for you and for the guest.2. Everything to do with money
You don't have to worry about payment processing – we take care of that for you. As soon as the total amount has been paid, your guests will receive the arrival information you have provided.3. Get to know your guests
You will then receive the guest details so that you know who will be visiting you soon.4. Your money in your account on time
Seven days before arrival, we will transfer the rental income directly to your specified bank account – reliably and transparently.

Important for you
As bookings are immediately binding, it is crucial that your occupancy calendar is always up to date. If you work with other portals, you can easily synchronise the calendar via iCal – quickly, easily and securely. You can find more information on iCal here.
